Nita is the CEO of Idea Innovate Consulting with 20+ years of experience transforming businesses for growth at financial, professional, and legal services corporations. Nita currently works with PE firms advising them on areas and businesses to invest in in the legal services, governance risk, and compliance and business services, and optimizing the performance of companies in their portfolio, and with funded businesses to guide them to grow their revenues. She has expertise in setting the vision for several cross-functional global businesses and then defining and executing the long-term strategy to grow the business.

Nita has worked as a member of the C-suite of various start-ups, as the Head of Global Innovation to transform the Legal & Regulatory business of a legal information services provider, as a Director of Global Strategy and Innovation at a Big Four firm, and as a Partner at a boutique consulting firm focused on strategic consulting to the financial services industry. Nita brings domain expertise in the application of various technologies to transform the business. Nita has written numerous articles on transforming businesses for growth. Nita received her MBA from Columbia Business School and had lived and worked in multiple countries.

Chris is the Founder & CEO of In The House, the leading network for innovative in-house counsel, as well as the founder of Partner Referral Club (PARC), a leading network for law firm partners.  Chris started his career as a software engineer for IBM, designing components of the U.S. air traffic control system, and has been a practicing lawyer for nearly 25 years.  Leveraging his background, Chris works at the intersection of law and technology, as a legal innovation consultant, as an IP litigator (having handled dozens of significant patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, and false advertising cases) and as a legal technology entrepreneur (having held General Counsel and other executive positions with several startup companies).

Chris Colvin has an Aerospace Engineering degree from Princeton University, a J.D. degree from George Washington University and a Cybersecurity Certificate from Harvard University.

Andrei Papancea is the CEO and Co-Founder of NLX, a company focused on providing conversational AI technology to enterprises. Andrei has more than ten years of software engineering experience, with significant development contributions to several Fortune 500 companies, including, but not limited to, building American Express’ chatbot platform and bringing cloud computing into a publicly traded company. He also lectures each semester on Cloud Computing and Big Data at Columbia University’s graduate school of engineering.
